The Web-Pop reviews are a collaborative effort, but ultimately are reviewed by me. Each week new and old children's sites will be reviewed, rated and should they meet our approval, they will subsequently be added to the ever-expanding Web-Pop Portal. The sites will be mixed in values
encouraging entertainment and enlightenment. The reviews, for the most
part, are intended for Parent-Pops but easily can be read by the older
children in this genre.

     The reviews are somewhat subjective, but I pledge to be as objective as
possible. The rating system ranges from 0 (a flop-pop) to the ultimate
score of 4 (a true web-pop).
